Add up the power of everything that will run at the same time, then add 20–30% headroom for starting currents. A house usually needs 5–13 kW, a shop or café 16–40 kW; for production we calculate from your equipment list. The easiest way is to send a request — our manager will pick the model for you free of charge.

kVA is apparent power; kW is the active power your equipment actually draws. For diesel generators the ratio is 1 kVA ≈ 0.8 kW. WEICAN model names use kVA — WE110S, for example, is 110 kVA or 88 kW. On this site we always show both figures.

ATS stands for automatic transfer switch. It starts the generator by itself when the mains fail and transfers the load in 7–15 seconds, with no operator involved. You need it wherever downtime is costly: server rooms, medical facilities, cold stores, homes heated by an electric boiler. For a summer house you start by hand, you can do without it.

Open frame suits a separate ventilated room — it costs less and is easier to service. A canopy brings noise down to about 70 dB at 10 m, so the unit can stand outdoors next to the building. A container is for harsh climates and high power: insulated, fully automated, a turnkey power plant.

It depends on the rating and the load. As a rough guide for diesel at 75% load: 30 kW burns about 6 l/h, 100 kW about 20 l/h, 200 kW about 40 l/h. For the exact figure check the specifications on the product page — we list the factory rated consumption there.

A soundproof canopy brings the level down to roughly 70 dB at 10 m — about as loud as a busy street. The unit can sit right next to the building. Inverter models for home use are quieter still, from 58 dB.

Yes, if it is prepared properly: winter-grade fuel, a coolant pre-heater (optional) and a battery in good condition. For continuous operation in the cold we recommend the insulated container configuration — inside it the plant runs at any temperature found in Kazakhstan.

Yes — through a synchronising panel. WEICAN units can be combined into sets of 2–8 that run in parallel with each other or with the grid, covering peak loads. Our engineers design these schemes.

The official factory warranty runs 18–36 months depending on the model. Warranty and post-warranty servicing is done by our own team, not by outside contractors — one company sells the unit, installs it and keeps it running.

Call our service line and read out the error code from the control panel — the engineer often solves it over the phone. If a visit is needed, we come with the repair kit in hand: fast-moving spare parts are always in stock.

The factory schedule calls for service every 250–500 engine hours, or once a year, depending on how hard the unit works: oil and filter change, belt check, control system diagnostics. We offer annual contracts with scheduled visits, so you never have to keep track of it.

Yes. We diagnose and repair diesel generators from any manufacturer — we know Weichai, Cummins, Perkins, Ricardo, Yuchai and Baudouin engines inside out and keep parts for them in stock.

We deliver across Kazakhstan from our warehouses in Almaty and Astana. Units in stock ship once payment clears; our own engineers handle installation and commissioning on site and hand the plant over running under load, with a test report.

Popular models are in stock and ship immediately. Made-to-order units — high power ratings, container plants, special configurations — are typically built and delivered within 45–90 days, depending on the specification. We fix the exact date in the contract.
