Questions and answers
How do I choose the right generator?Choosing
Start from the total load of your equipment and add 20–30% headroom. Send a request and our manager will calculate the load and pick a model for your site free of charge.
How does prime power differ from standby power?Choosing
Prime power is what the unit delivers continuously. Standby is a short-term reserve for peak loads, usually 10% higher. We list both figures in the catalogue.
Why are some prices shown as “on request”?Choosing
The price depends on the configuration (ATS, canopy, container, trailer) and the exchange rate. Ask for the current price list — we send it within an hour, with a discount based on your volume.
What are the warranty terms?Warranty and service
The official factory warranty runs 18–36 months depending on the model. Warranty and post-warranty service is handled by our own team in 15 cities across Kazakhstan.
What if the generator breaks down?Warranty and service
Call our service department: first a diagnosis over the phone, then an engineer comes out with the parts — fast-moving items are always in stock.
How do delivery and installation work?Delivery and installation
We deliver anywhere in Kazakhstan. Our engineers do the installation and commissioning on site and hand the unit over under load, with a test report.
How loud are canopied generators?Operation
A soundproof canopy brings the noise down to about 70 dB at 10 m, so the unit can stand right next to buildings.
Do the units run in winter?Operation
Yes. They come with a coolant heater and a tropical radiator: the operating range is −40 to +50 °C.
